How KANAME uses information submitted through its forms

Checklist request

The TikTok LIVE checklist form asks for your name, work email, company, role and confirmation that you have read this notice. KANAME uses these details to provide the checklist and respond to your request.

Website enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email and a description of the challenge you want to discuss. Company name is optional. KANAME uses the information to respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant support.

How submissions are handled

Both forms are processed by FormSubmit and sent to Sara at sara.gentile@kaname-unlimited.com, with a copy to contact@kaname-unlimited.com. FormSubmit states that submissions are kept in its archive for 30 days. KANAME may retain the resulting email in its business inbox and records as needed to respond to the request.

Read FormSubmit’s privacy terms for information about its processing. Information submitted through these forms is not used to subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or sold for advertising.
